RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR)- ArtWorks is hosting a fundraiser that will benefit Blackwell Elementary School’s art program. Glenda Kotchish from ArtWorks joins us in the studio with models who will be featured in the children’s fashion show. The show is Friday, August 24th from 7-10pm at 320 Hull St.
