POWHATAN COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – The man accused of attacking the Amelia Commonwealth’s Attorney, a sheriff’s deputy and a courthouse custodian last monthwas sentenced today to for other crimes.
Joseph Greene was sentenced on grand larceny and breaking and entering charges in Powhatan County.
Green is due back in court in October to stand trial for the Amelia Courthouse incident.
