CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Police charged both the driver of a SUV and a motorcyclist after a Monday evening accident in Chesterfield.
Police said the driver of the SUV pulled out in front of the motorcycle at the intersection of Park and Chester Roads around 9:00 p.m. Monday. The motorcycle hit the SUV. Two people riding on the motorcycle were taken to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
Police charged the SUV driver with failure to yield right-of-way. Police charged the driver of the motorcycle with driving with a suspended/revoked license.
Police were not able to provide an update on those who were injured.
