VARINA, Va. (WTVR) – After losing her husband two years ago, Donna Meade Dean is now planning to marry her childhood sweetheart.
According to her wedding announcement in Richmond Times-Dispatch, the widow of country music star and sausage mogul Jimmy Dean is planning to tie the knot in August with Jason Franklin Stevens of Mechanicsville.
The pair reconnected at a Highland Springs High School reunion after 40 years apart.
Jimmy Dean died at his Varina home in June 2010. He was made famous by his song “Big Bad John.”
