RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A man was hit and kicked during a robbery early Monday morning in Richmond, according to an alert from Virginia Commonwealth University.
The victim told Richmond and VCU Police he was attacked near the intersection of Park Ave. and Harvie St. around 1:15 a.m.
He told investigators between two and four men hit him from behind, kicked him and stole his cell phone. The suspects were described as black males, according to police. No further description was provided.
