CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Officials said a Friday evening accident has closed the right lane on I-95 north in Caroline County.
VDOT said drivers should expect delays around at mile marker 101, just north of Kings Dominion.
Around 6:30 p.m., officials said there was a five mile backup because of the wreck.
