REDINGTON BEACH, Fla. (WTVR) – This kite surfer went out on a limb during Tropical Storm Debby at Redington Beach in Pinellas county, on the Gulf Coast of Florida.
You can see at :54 he doubles back before making an attempt to clear the entire pier there during the storm on Sunday.
Debby has since been downgraded to a tropical depression and is expected to finish its journey across Florida on Wednesday, but not before dropping more rain on a state that has seen knee-deep water.
