Dominion reported 192,000 customers lost power during Monday’s storm. The storm produced at least one confirmed tornado,  in Goochland, and tornado warnings in Henrico, Hanover, Chesterfield and Richmond.

Dominion asked anyone still in the dark to report the outage by calling 1-866-DOM-HELP (1-866-366-4357).  It said the calls help narrow down the precise location of the outage.
