PARHAM PARADE AND FESTIVAL:  Weds. July 4.  Parade featuring the 392nd Army Band from Ft. Lee begins at 10a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church at 2315 N. Parham and ends at Parham Road Baptist Church, 2102 N. Parham where there’ll be a ceremony honoring active military and veterans.   Enjoy music by the Henrico Concert Band, family games and more.  Free admission; picnics welcome.  http://parhamparade.com/

FOURTH AT THE FORT:  Ft. Lee celebration on July 4 at Williams Stadium on base features music and children’s activities, from 2p.m. to 10p.m., including a concert with country singer Justin Moore (7p.m).  Fireworks at 9:45p.m.  Admission is free.  Adults will need a photo I.D. for base access.  (755-3176)
