Patriotic and pop favorites by the U.S. Air Force Heritage band of America begin at 7:30pm. Free admission and free parking.

Fireworks at approximately 9:30p.m., which can also be seen from free viewing sites at the Virginia War Memorial, Oregon Hill, Manchester and Chimborazo Park.  
Entertainment by SPARC, Richmond Ballet’s “Minds in Motion”, and the Richmond Youth Symphony Orchestra.

Free concert featuring Susan Greenbaum at 5:30p.m., the Carillon bells at 7 p.m. and the Richmond Concert band at 7:30p.m, followed by fireworks at 9 p.m.

11 a.m. parade from Henry Clay Elementary on Hanover Avenue to the Hanover Arts & Activities Center.

Then there will be music, crafts, games, apple pie, library book sale and more.

PARHAM PARADE AND FESTIVAL

Picnics welcome.

10 a.m. parade featuring the 392nd Army Band from Ft. Lee begins at Trinity Lutheran Church at 2315 N. Parham and ends at Parham Road Baptist Church, 2102 N. Parham.

There’ll be a ceremony honoring active military and veterans. Enjoy music by the Henrico Concert Band, family games and more.

FREE to watch from a distance!

The Richmond Flying Squirrels play at home on July 4 and 5 at the Diamond. Fireworks follow each evening game. Lots of great vantage points around the Diamond from which to watch if you aren’t going to the game.
