RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -Dominion Virginia Power announced it expected to have power restored to most of Central Virginia by Wednesday night. However, the utility added some customers may have to wait until Thursday morning before power is restored to their home. [Read more]
In the Richmond and Tri-Cities area, as of 11:00 p.m., there are 15,405 without power, according to Dominion Virginia Power. A majority of the outages are in Henrico County, which has 10,184 outages still.
These numbers will fluctuate and we will update them as often as possible.
Tuesday morning, Dominion Virginia Power tweeted, “192,000 #RVA customers experienced an outage during the storm. Better restoration info for those still without power around noon.”
