RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Expect delays on I-95 after a car slammed over an embankment Wednesday afternoon.
It happened on I-95 north at mile marker 78 near the Boulevard exit.
Officials believe at least one person is trapped in the car.
Because of the accident, the interstate's right lane is blocked. CBS 6's "Beat The Traffic" data shows drivers averaging around 20 mph in the area.
