COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WTVR) – Two sisters, one adult and a girl in her mid-teens, were walking along the 4800 block of Conduit Road, a few blocks from Tussing Elementary School, Monday night around 10:00 p.m, when a young man ran up behind the adult and attempted to pull her pants down, police sources told CBS 6 senior reporter Wayne Covil.
The adult female chased after the man, but could not catch up, Covil reported.
The sisters gave police a description of the young man and details about what happened.
A similar incident occurred at a business in the city about six weeks ago. That suspect was identified from video surveillance and questioned by police.
