BOTETOURT COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - Police say a distracted driver is to blame for a school bus accident in Botetourt County Wednesday morning.
Police say the driver was looking at a student in the rear-view mirror when she lost control and ran off the road. The bus came to a rest upside down next to the street.
Thirteen students were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The bus driver has been charged with reckless driving.
