UPDATE: The ramp has reopened, according to VDOT.
RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – The Belvidere Street exit ramp (76 B) on Interstate 95 south is closed for emergency pothole repairs, according to VDOT.
VDOT said the ramp would be closed for “an unknown amount of time.”
