RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Shifts in the traffic pattern will have traffic reduced to one lane today along Genito Road. Construction and bridge work continue during the daytime hours. Use caution or avoid the area between Woolridge and Otterdale, if possible. Crews will be on scene through December 2012.
