(WJW) – Jessica Simpson has looked ready to pop for weeks and on Tuesday the singer and entrepreneur finally gave birth to a baby girl.
TMZ.com is reporting that Simpson gave birth to a robust baby girl, tipping the scales at a healthy 9 pounds, 13 ounces.
The baby girl’s name is Maxwell Drew Johnson,TMZ.com reports.
Simpson and her fiancee Eric Johnson announced the birth of their child on Simpson’s website, JessicaSimpson.com.
“Eric and I are elated to announce the birth of our baby girl Maxwell Drew Johnson,” the website reads. “We are so grateful for all of the love, support and prayers we have received. This has been the greatest experience of our lives.”
