Sarah Outen left London last year and has been on the road for 394 days. Her circuitous trip will end back in London and she anticipates it will take two and a half years.

She has already cycled and kayaked more than 11,000 miles, from London to Choshi, Japan.

Her next big row will be across the North Pacific Ocean, from Japan to Canada. She plans to row 7,500 nautical miles, across two oceans.

Her North Pacific Ocean row could be record breaking.

The journey will take her across three continents and 14 countries.

You can follow along her journey at Sarahouten.com. She welcomes the participation of classrooms—even offering to set up a live link-- and students can leave questions for her via email.
