RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – All lanes on northbound and southbound I-95 at the Lombardy Street bridge are back open, officials said Friday afternoon.
VDOT said crews making emergency joint repairs forced them to shut both center lanes of the interstate for about an hour.
The work wrapped up on the northbound lanes around 12:45 p.m. and shortly afterwards on the southbound lanes.
