It was his 457 home run in what could be a Hall of Fame baseball career.
Jones made his major league baseball debut nearly 20 years ago.
Before playing in Atlanta, Jones, who was drafted by the Braves in 1990, played at the Diamond as a member of the Richmond Braves.
In 1993, WTVR CBS 6 did a piece on Jones as his star rose in Richmond.
