CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - Nineteen-year old Brandon Fordham was in Chesterfield County General District Court at 11:00 this morning. A judge denied him bond and assigned a court-appointed attorney for charges that include use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Fordam is accused in the shooting death of 17-year old Manchester High School student Tre Walton last Sunday evening at the Genito Glen Apartments in Chesterfield.
Fordham will also appear before a judge in Chesterfield Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on a murder charge at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon.
