ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – A bear that attacked a utility vehicle in Albemarle County on Tuesday, tested positive for rabies by Richmond game biologists.
Albemarle County police said the bear charged the vehicle, and when the people inside got out of the vehicle to get away the bear chased after them.
One of the men was able to shoot the bear, so they could escape.
