RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – VDOT said the left lane on I-95 northbound will be closed Friday afternoon, just north of the bridge over Lombardy Street.
The closure will take place from 2-3 p.m. and allow crews to reposition the movable barrier.
Drivers should expect minor delays.
