NATURAL BRIDGE, Va. (WTVR) – Fire destroyed the Haunted Monster Museum at Natural Bridge. “Our thoughts are with its creator Mark Cline and his family who put so much time and imagination into this facility,” read a post on the Natural Bridge website. The post indicated no other area of Natural Bridge was affected by the fire.

The Roanoke Times reported the fire started inside the museum Monday night. No one was injured. The investigation into what caused Monday night’s fire remained under investigation.

According toroadsideamerica.com, Cline opened the Haunted Monster Museum in 2002 after fire destroyed his Enchanted Castle attraction. Cline claimed someone set that fire, but fire investigators could not determine arson was the cause.

Here’s a short YouTube clip that shows the Monster Museum before the fire.
