RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Watch out for delays along Brook Road near Parham today due to construction. Expect the right and center lane to be closed. You can avoid the area by sticking w/ the major interstates (I-95) to access Parham instead.
Work will continue along Midlthian Tpke. during the day as well. Expect delays and alternating lane closures between Chippenham and Covington. Avoid the area by using Powhite or Hull. Delays should occur between 7am and 5pm.
