RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) The House of Delegates and Senate will meet tomorrow for a final vote on the $85 billion dollar spending plan.
The budget is expected to easily pass the House, but things could be much closer in the Senate, which is split evenly between Democrats and Republicans.
Democrats used that deadlock to keep the budget from passing earlier this year, but it is believed that at least one Democratic senator plans to vote in favor of it this time, which would allow it to pass.
