VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WTVR) – A man and a woman were killed in a Friday morning fire at a Virgina Beach condo. Virginia Beach Fire Department spokesman Battalion Chief James Ramsey told WTKR.com that the fire victims were senior citizens.
WTKR.com reported the condo fire is under control.
The complex is on Beach Haven Drive, near where the old Duck Inn used to be.
Shore Drive is closed near the Lesner Bridge while fire crews remained on scene.
The cause of the fire remained under investigation.
