RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) Dozens of protestors gathered outside Senator Jim Webb's Richmond office Thursday evening.
Those workers were protesting proposed cuts to the U.S. Postal Service. Similar rallies were also held at different locations across the country. Postal workers are upset the U.S. Postal service is cutting service, eliminating some post offices and consolidating mail processing centers.
The U.S. Postal Service says it has no other choice but to make cuts as it continues to lose money.
