RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – The Boulevard Bridge will close tonight for regular maintenance. Expect detours and delays from 8pm until 5:30am. Avoid the area. Try using the Powhite or the Robert E. Lee Bridge instead. Message boards in the area will have more info. We’ll be on air at 5am monitoring conditions.
