RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Watch out for delays along Genito through the week during daytime hours. Crews will be on scene between Woolridge and Otterdale. Traffic will be reduced to one lane over the bridge. Construction will continue through December 2012. Since it is a work zone the speed limit will be reduced from 45-35 as well. Give yourself extra time.
