Harvey said on March 31and April 1, 2012 Spotsylvania Sheriff’s deputies were called to the Summerset subdivision for reports of suspicious activity at two empty homes. In both case, Harvey said, it was reported that a man had held a victim at gunpoint while attempting to rob and sexually assault them.
