RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Expect delays along Dock Street all week long in the bottom. Crews will be repairing sidewalks and working to improve the intersection. Crews will close off Dock between 17th and 18th. Detours will be in place. Avoid the area by using Canal or Main.
