RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Expect delays overnight once again at the Bryan Park. Construction crews will be working on the Laburnum Bridge (mile marker 79). Expect only one lane to be open in each direction. Crews will be on scene from 8pm until 6am. Take 195 or 295 as an alternate.
