TRAFFIC FORECAST: Black ice could cause delays and put construction on hold

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Black ice has been an issue in the morning commute but don’t expect it to last too much longer. As temperatures rise this morning and afternoon the threat will diminish. However, due to messy weather and colder temperatures through the past few days you will probably see construction put on hold. This mainly applies to temporary construction. Permanent construction will stay in place.
