(WTVR) - Started 17 years ago, the Countywide Music & Fine Arts Workshop creates a sense of unity and friendship among young people providing them valuable mentors, life skills, and conflict resolution skills that will grow with the young individuals involved. Jake Holmes and JT Logan share all the details and the many opportunities offered.
