PETERSBURG, Va. (WTVR) – Police arrested a man accused of stealing metal from homes and other buildings around Petersburg.
Police said they arrested Gary Lamont Tucker, 51, after the van he used to store the stolen items got stuck in the mud.
Investigators said they found a stolen bathtub inside the van.
Tucker, who is free on bond, is charged with Grand Larceny and Trespassing.
