Is a native of Richmond, Virginia and was educated in the Richmond Public Schools System. She furthered her education by earning a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Union University and a master of Education degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She continued her education by earning postgraduate certifications in Higher Education Administration from Bryn Mawr College, located in Bryn Mawr Pennsylvanian in 2000 and from The Virginia Network of the American Council on Education in 2001.

During Ms. Wall’s career she has served the Richmond community as an early childhood education teacher and director of several college preparatory programs: The Kenan Project, The Grad Program and the AVID Program. Currently she is entering her 11th year as the Director of Community Relations at Virginia Union University, where she administrates the University’s outreach programs.

Ms. Wall is active in the community and holds membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and the Commonwealth Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. She also serves on the Board of Directors of The Carver Promise, the advisory council of The Children’s Museum of Richmond and chairs the Community Advisory Council at CBS 6.
