The Richmond Public School Board faces two crucial decisions; how to fill a $1-million dollar budget gap and how to fill the superintendent’s soon-to-be-vacated seat.
The school system has called a 3 p.m. press briefing “regarding the future of Richmond Public Schools.”
After Shonda Harris-Muhammed’s remarks Monday school board chair Jeff Bourne told her that the board needed more confirmation from her.
“Obviously the story raised some discrepancies for lack of a better word and I’m hopeful that going forward we can get those cleared up,” said Jones.
