The Prague Municipal Court acquitted the Lamb of God’s lead singer of charges over the death of a fan.
The State Attorney immediately announced his intention to appeal the verdict.

The trial of Richmond rock star Randy Blythe is slated to resume Monday in the Czech Republic.
The trial paused after Thursday’s testimony and is scheduled to resume March 4.
Lamb of God singer Randy Blythe will return to the U.S. after it was announced in court Wednesday his trial would be delayed.
Friends of fan said Blythe pushed him off the stage, however their versions of the events differ.
Randy answered the charges through an interpreter during the first day, saying the club was too small for the crowd and seemingly dangerous.
Blythe did admit to forcing one man off the stage, but maintains innocence.
