Mayor’s office tight lipped over Chris Brown controversy
The Richmond Police Dept. is under scrutiny surrounding the community service hours singer Chris Brown may or may not have performed. Our search for who is responsible for monitoring Brown’s service work led us to the office of Richmond’s mayor.
