“We’re still trying to figure out if it’s self-inflected,” said Jason Price with the Hampton Police Department.
Expect increased traffic heading into the Labor Day weekend.
Due to the Labor Day holiday construction will be suspended starting at noon today.
Despite the recent uptick in gas prices, the last major travel holiday of the summer is expected to be busier.
In Virginia, along with about half of the United States, gas prices are higher now than at this time last year.
