A tractor-trailer crash has closed the left and center lanes of I-95 north near the Route 54 interchange.
The driver suffered minor injuries, police said.
Police said the crash resulted in a car on its roof along the Appomattox River Bridge.
All lanes have been reopened on Interstate 95 at Bells Road, near mile marker 69.

All lanes northbound on I-95 were temporarily closed Sunday morning for 20 minutes to allow for the on-going investigation of a fatal car accident.
One hour after the accident, traffic was still backed up for three miles, according to VDOT.
The accident was near mile marker 78 — near the Boulevard exit.
