Dress Barn suspect may be tied to armed robberies in 4 counties
Law enforcement agencies in Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover and Richmond are investigating whether or not the man charged with robbing a Colonial Heights Dress Barn Saturday could be responsible for a string of armed robberies.
