The Board of Visitors will hold a special meeting next Tuesday to discuss Teresa Sullivan’s resignation.
Carl Zeithaml said he had no intentions to take the President job permanently,
Joe Morrissey, a University of Virginia graduate, said in a news release that a 1919 statute gives the General Assembly full authority to look into the matter.
After nearly 11 hours of meeting behind closed doors, the University of Virginia’s embattled Board of Visitors has appointed an interim president.
