RICHMOND, Va. -- Police have identified a man who was killed in a double shooting early Sunday morning in Richmond.
Officers were called to the area of 17th and East Main Streets in Richmond's Shockoe Bottom neighborhood around 1 a.m. Upon arrival, police found 25-year-old Oscar W. Lewis II dead on the sidewalk.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of his death.
A second victim was taken to a local hospital to be treated for life-threatening gunshot wounds.
Police have not yet said if officers were looking for a suspect in this shooting.
