NEW KENT COUNTY, Va. – The New Kent County Sheriff's Office said a missing 73-year-old man last seen on Wednesday was located Thursday in Lloyd Washington, D.C.
John Throckmorton, 73, was last seen at around 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 17, on Hopewell Road in New Kent.
"His family is on their way to DC to meet with Mr. Throckmorton," officials said.
The New Kent County Sheriff's Office said Throckmorton has dementia and a heart condition that requires medication that he left behind along with his cell phone.
