RICHMOND, Va. — As a celebrity trainer, busy mom and co-creator of Beachbody’s “21 Day Fix Program,” Autumn Calabrese knows what it takes to stay in shape with a busy lifestyle. Don’t miss an opportunity to work out on the exercise floor with Autumn at the Richmond Women’s Health & Fitness Expo, Saturday, Feb. 4 at the Greater Richmond Convention Center.
Calabrese’s wildly popular dance workout, “Country Heat,” is choreographed to the hottest country music hits. The high-energy, low-impact workout includes easy moves that tone and tighten without weights or special equipment. Additionally, her “21 Day Fix” and “21 Day Fix Extreme” workouts have been Beachbody top-sellers.
In addition to hosting a special workout at the expo, Calabrese will share her healthy-eating tips on portion control and take part in a Q&A with audience members. [CLICK here to get tickets to work out with Autumn Calabrese]
