RICHMOND, Va. -- Wednesday will feature partly cloudy skies and milder weather, with highs in the 50s.
A strong cold front will move through the area Thursday, bringing a stretch of chilly weather to the region.
A few snowflakes could mix with the rain across northern Virginia as colder air sweeps into the area. Highs will remain in the upper 30s and low 40s Friday and Saturday, with mid to upper 40s on Sunday.
Another storm system will bring a good chance of rain to the area on Monday.
No major winter weather events are showing up in the extended pattern at this time, but some light snow or flurries will be possible in the December 14-15 time frame.
