RICHMOND, Va. — The Dominion Christmas Parade kicks off from the Science Museum of Virginia at 10 a.m. Saturday. It will be a seasonably chilly morning with temperatures in the 30s through 8 a.m. Temperatures will moderate through the 40s during the parade, but a bit of a breeze will add a wind chill. Skies will be mostly sunny for the parade.
Temperatures will reach into the lower 50s during the afternoon.
