RICHMOND, Va. — Jesse is a sweet boy who is very energetic and interactive.

He enjoys horseback riding, fishing, riding bikes, and many other outside adventurous activities.

Jesse also loves to build things with Legos, play basketball, read books, and draw.

When he grows up, Jesse would like to be a police officer. This little boy loves to be a helper and would appreciate the opportunity to help his mom and dad with outdoor chores. Currently, he lives in an environment with horses and he helps to take care of them. Jesse likes to ride and care for his favorite horse, “Baby.”

He feels connected with farm life and dreams of having a bull and a trailer to haul it in.

Structure is important in Jesse’s life and he does best when daily routines are set and followed.

Jesse would thrive in a home with a mom and dad who can devote time to build a relationship with him.

He would benefit from a two parent home without siblings.

Are you a family that lives in the country, possibly on a farm that has a spot in your family just waiting on an eager young farm enthusiast? If so, Jesse might have found his forever home!

In Virginia, we have hundreds of children who are ready for foster to adoption. In other words, these children are ready to find their permanent and loving forever families. As Connecting Hearts –A Deborah J Johnston Charity, celebrates National Adoption Month, our “30 Kids in 30 Days” initiative is to bring awareness to 30 kids or sibling who are available for forever homes, but also to shed light on the other almost 700 children who may not be seen. Our kids are all ages and races, they were put in foster care due to no fault of their own. To learn more and becoming a foster to adoption parent(s) click here.
